I taught pickling and fermentation workshops back home in Austria, that's also a reason why I'm in Japan - learning about pickling methods.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel from Austria to India by land. Means no flying involved, only buses and trains. Oh, and a Motorcycle all across India.
