One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done Skydiving and did some real good thrilling roller coaster rides on my last visit to U.S.A.

I had done a 10 day course on Vippasana.For the first time in my life, I could get the actual feel of meditation during those days. Not a single thought for an hour of mediation.
