Investing is my thing. I invest in experiences! Look me up when you have the urge to go for a trekking, camping (i own a tent), or just about any adventure sport, hang about a good food place or even go for a running sesh :)

I have grown up in 5 different cities spanning widely across India. I have travelled most of India either on a bike or on foot. I have also taken a very keen interest in running, i recently completed a full marathon (42.2Km)! Booyeah!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am going on my first international trip which is sort of a sabbatical. I am taking the first leg of the trip with family on a cruise which starts in Hong-Kong and ends in Singapore. After Singapore i am going solo to Indonesia, Cambodia and Thailand. Being a Amateur, i am a little scared, a little unsure and a lot excited, so couchsurfing is a great way to be with the right kind of people.
During all my travels to shores, plains and Himalayas in India, i have learned one thing, which is a place is only as good as it's people and the company. I have been to wonderful scenic places and came back "bleh'd" due to lack of good people and gone to mediocre places and come back full of life. This is my first international trip and i want to soak up maximum experience, which is only possible if i hang out with good, local people and talk to me about their cultures, their life and their experiences :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I have Biked to the highest motorable road in the world : Khardung La (In the Himalayas) and booked a solo trip to East Asia
-Quit my job without any backup plan or job to explore East Asia
-Ran a full marathon
-Convinced one of my friends for a crazy ass 3000km bike trip which ended with him breaking his arms and being bed ridden. (For a few months though, now he is up and kicking and works in Navy). So, phew!
