ABOUT ME
My name is Natalia. I'm a Kundalini Yoga instructor in Ecuador; I also do research as an anthropologist, working with alternatives to grow and eat healthy food in the city; and I'm part of a Trade School project called La Trueca, where we barter for knowledge (www.latrueca.tk).
I recently started a project called Annapurna, which aims at helping people that struggle with eating disorders and addictions through art, yoga, and conscious eating. I'm still building the website, but you can find more about it (in spanish) at www.annapurnasanacion.wordpress.com).
I love to learn, to listen, to discover.
I like to walk, dance, read, write, meditate, travel and spend time in nature.
I believe in a world where we can all share, relate, and trust each other, without fear.

I also like theater, and know a little about Teatro del Oprimido.
I'd love to learn more about permaculture, organic farming, theatre, photography, and using Illustrator and Photoshop.
