Be the change you wish to see in the world

The world is like a ride
at an amusement park.
and when you choose to go on it
you think it's real cos
thats how powerful our minds are.
and the ride gos up and down
and round and round.
it has thrills and chiles
and it's very brightly colored
and its very loud
and its fun... for a while.
some people have been on the ride
for a long time and they begin to question
is this real or is this
JUST A RIDE.
and other people have remembered
and they come back to us and say HEY
Don't worry don't be afraid ever
because this is
just a ride...
AND WE...
kill those people.

Look at my furrows of worry
look at my big bank account
and my family
this just has to be real...

Its just a ride.
but we always kill
those good guys who try to tell us that.

and we can chance it any time we want
ITS ONLY A CHOICE
no effort, no work
no job, no savings of money
A CHOISE RIGHT NOW
between fear and love.
the eyes of fear wants you
to put bigger locks on your doors
buy guns, close yourself off
THE EYES OFF LOVE INSTEAD,
SEE ALL OF US AS ONE.
Here's what we can do
to change the world right now
TO A BETTER RIDE
Take all that money
we spend on
weapons and defense each year
and instead spend it
feeding, clothing
and educating
the poor of the world.
which it would many times over.
not one human being excluded
and we can explore
SPACE.
Together.
both inner and outer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't like the fact that money is the number one priority in our society. It's all about making a profit. This really ruins our world and our capacity to really love each other.
This is why I joined the CS Project, so I can spread my love, which is unconditional, true and it won't cost you any money :) .

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I realized that opening your house also means opening the world.
You can almost say its an act of activism! No not almost, It is an act of activism!
I invited more than seventy people from all over the world, and can really say that most people aren't that different. The only big difference I seem to notice is that some people are more aware of their surroundings than others, and thus more able to see things objectively.
Sometimes we fall into cynical behaviour, if we lose the trust off what this world will become. And if we do then trying to hold on to that warm and positive feeling should become one of our primary objectives, and probably the most interesting one to fight for.
Losing fear will change most of the old values and makes you even like the fact that we can laugh about the most crazy things that are happening around us.
Even gods humour can be ironic.
CouchSurfing plays a big part on my spiritual journey and trusting people - no matter where you're from - is a choice I prefer to make.

One of my most beloved teachers in this life once told me that men & woman must affirm their brotherhood and not accentuate natural differentiation, but can I please accentuate one? Yes? okay cool.
I'm reading this book written by Simone de Beauvior, called: The second sex. I know, I know, in our days not the best title in the world and I would probably have called it '' The first sex'' because in my world you are.
I mean I met woman I was ready to die for even when I just knew her for less than an hour. Call me weak.
Anyway my favorite part of the book that I keep reading over and over again is about ''The woman in Love'' and it go's something like this:

The word love has by no means the same sense for both sexes, and this is one cause of the serious misunderstandings that divide them .
Byron well said: Man's love is of man's life a thing apart; tis woman's whole existence. Nietzche expresses the same idea in The Gay Science:
The single word love in fact signifies two different things for man and woman. What woman understands by love is clear enough: It is not only devotion, it is a total gift of body and soul, without reservation, without regard for anything whatever. This unconditional nature of her love is what makes it in a faith, the only one she has. As for man, if he loves a woman, what he wants is that love from her; he is in consequence far from postulating the same sentiment for himself as for woman; if there should be men who also felt that desire for complete abandonment, upon my world, they would not be men.
Which leaves me with the question: What am I ?? Well the answer I maybe found on the next page because ''the fact is that we have nothing to do here with laws of nature. It is the difference in our situations that is reflected in the difference men and woman show in their conceptions of love. The individual who is a subject, who is himself, if he has the courageous inclination towards transcendence, endeavors to extend his grasp on the world: he is ambitious, he acts.
