I just finished my studies of renewable energy engineering and environmental management. I really enjoy my after-student life, preparing for an amazing trip to Australia, New Zealand and Latin America.
All in all I would see me as a very active person, I can't enjoy to stay at home and watcht TV. So I try to do many things outside in summer. I love to be at the lake with my friends, to play frisbee, go hiking, just play games, to prepare amazing food, go out on the weekends till morning, go on holidays with my best friends, to enjoy music festivals, have an interessting debate about god, the sense of life and other philosophic topics, in winter to build a snow-man, go sledding, skiing (especially when there is a lot of snow and bad weather, because there you need not to wait so long at the accsensors)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Get to know to the local people and give visitor the possibility to get to know to me as a local person.

I do not regret any couchsurfing experience so far and I'm looking forward to continue in this way.

Interests

Being outside in nature. Rain, Sun, Snow, Clouds...whatever! As long I have some fresh air, I'm happy. In summer I love to be in the mountains, whether for hiking, camping or climbing. In winter I enjoy snow. There more snow, there better. During the year, my bike brings me wherever I want...

I also like cooking. In winter different international meals (I'm not a very good cook, but with support from friends you can enjoy it without worries) and in summer i prefer the easier method: only to have a barbecue

If you are interested in a small off-grid photovoltaik system, i could help you to plan it. But maybe there is also time for basic instruction for climbing or windsurfing. But don't expect to much, my skills are not really advanced.

What I Can Share with Hosts

There is always beer at home, so come in, sit down und talk while having a beer. Moreover I'm interested in quite differenz outdoor activities as hiking, skiing and swimming. Addionally we have some bikes und cross country skis at home. So far I know quite many nice mountains for hiking (from 1h to 4 days).
So far I like to cook, so don't worry to get hungry to bed. Tradional Austrian cuisine can be offered all day long (also without meat).
