What I Can Share with Hosts
Here are some tips if you visit Helsinki:
Public transportation in Helsinki:
I recommend to download HSL app. There you can buy single or many day tickets to tram, bus and metro.
Museums:
There are lots of museums and galleries in Helsinki area. Some to mention:
Ateneum
Biggest collections of classical art in Finland and also some exhibitions. Located in the centre close to Central railway station.
Kiasma
Contemporary art and changing exhibitions. Also in the center, close to Central railway station and Oodi Library.
Emma
Museum of Modern art located in Espoo. You can go there with bus or metro.
HAM - Helsinki Art Museum
Modern and contemporary art exhibitions. Almost half of art works are also on display in parks, streets, offices, health centres, schools and libraries. Museum is located in Tennispalatsi in Kamppi.
Oodi Library
New and modern library, where you can also have a coffee, chill out, play some instrument, 3D print, etc. The architecture and interior is very interesting.
