We are a 27 and 31 years old Finnish couple and we’ve been travelling around the world this past year. We are both health care professionals and have graduated from University of Eastern Finland in spring 2018.

Our travel has consisted the following: first Asia: from Vietnam to China, Japan, Philippines and Indonesia. Next to Australia and New Zealand. After that, South America: Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia. Then Mexico and last the USA.

Our plan for the trip has been just see cool places, meet new people, dive and surf little, learn to play guitar better and generally just do what feels good at the moment. We love good food and sports, and if you like any ball games, Markus will be certainly up for it! We're getting back to Finland around March 2020 and are pleased to host couchsurfers after that. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We'd just love to meet local people from different backgrounds and different cultures, and by couchsurfing, we think we could do that in a new exciting way compared to traditional accommodation! And basically, we just wanna make some new friends while we're traveling :)
