ABOUT ME

I live pretty healthy, (without being fanatic), I like fruit, vegetables, fresh made juices and smooties and enjoy running 3 times a week. I have two children a daughter who is 24 and a son who is 19. I love travelling, and luckely I have a lot of holidays and are usually on the road either with a friend(s) or my children as soon as the holiday starts.

PHILOSOPHY

I am really inspired by Echard Tolle, who talks and writes about mindfulness - that is something I try to be as aware about as possible.
Healty living makes me happy :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have been hosted five times and gone for a walk with a person in Rome. I love travelling and think it is such a great experience to stay with "locals", to talk about ones different lifestyle, cook to each other and do things together.
I have hosted a lot of people, but through cs I have only done it about six times.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far it has been great. Once in Italy where I stayed with my friend and once in Holland where my children and I stayed with a fantastic family. My children and I have also stayed in Spain and Scotland and have had the host we stayed with, stay at our place.
I am amazed by how nice people are to mail me, when they can see I am in their country/city. It has been really wonderful meeting people from different countries.

Going to cafees, doing outdoor things (especially if the weather is good), going for walks, tenting, spending time with my children, watcing movies, playing board games
