I'm a twenty-something arts and museology student from Finland.
I have a kind and trustworthy personality, and I get easily along with everyone. However, I get enthusiastic very easily, and thus consider myself as quite decent company for adventures :)

Interests

The best way to describe my interests would probably be to label myself as incurable art and culture addict. I'm drawn to all beautiful and mysterious. I'm both academically and by heart dedicated to explore creativity of human nature.

In general, I enjoy art in all forms, watching, feeling, living, and creating it. I love history and vintage and foreign cultures. I cherish different cultures and cultural heritage. And I love adventures, so those two are great to combine. I read a lot, play piano, write, and do some drawing and painting and crafts. I enjoy walking outside in nature with a foolish smile on my face (like this 8) ), watching movies and drinking tons of tea and red wine.

I'm also interested in meditation, vegan food and cooking, hiking, sleeping, and long conversations concerning pretty much any kind of topics.

In addition, I don't know how to play any video games except minecraft, which is my another addiction. And I'm quite terrible at sports.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm in love with books by Italo Calvino, Charles Baudelaire, Daniil Harms, Milan Kundera, Sylvia Plath, Stéphane Mallarmé, Yves Bonnefoy, and Hermann Hesse, just to name few. I'm highly interested in both poetry and novels, and currently seeking particularly for new Chinese or other Asian authors to my love-list!

I could list here an endless pile of painters, but lets just mention Salvador Dalí, René Magritte, Xu Bing and Yang Yongliang. I'm (also academically) interested in Chinese visual arts.

When it comes to music, I admire dark and deep melodies. I enjoy dark wave, gothic rock, post punk, classical, and synthpop especially. My all time favourite band is Depeche Mode. Movies, and especially Asian movies (for example by Ki-duk Kim) are close to my heart too.

Hung around and (almost) slept with goats when camping in Inner-Mongolia.
