I am originally from the czech republic, but I grew up in switzerland. So I get my love and consumption of beer from the one and love for skiing, climbing, highlining and cheese from the other. I try to be an outgoing and talkative person and to travel as much as possible, I have studied in lausanne, zurich, berlin and am currently doing an exchange in leuven, from where I try to go on weekend hitchhiking trips where I will use couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always found the most important part of travelling was meeting as much people possible, youth hostels airbnb and hitchhiking have all allowed me to achieve this in the past and couchsurfing seems like a natural progression. And of course as a student, the cheeper travelling is, the longer I can travel!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to everything from some hip hop, french rap, rock or anything that is quite chill and when going out, berlin has taught me to love techno! for more detail you can check out one of my fifteen spotify playlists. My favourite directors are Darren Aronofsky, christopher nolan, Alejandro González Iñárritu and a neverending list. Literature is the one category where I am the most illiterate ;) but I am actively pushing myself to make some progress and am currently reading a la recherche du temps perdu which i really recommend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

euh only one is gonna be hard, so I will cheat :) a month hitchhiking threw france, spain and portugal. Backpacking in south america and a few four thousand meter peeks in switzerland.
