ABOUT ME
Over the next couple years I plan on traveling as much as physically possible before settling down, hopefully finding new inspirations and creating some lasting memories along the way.
PHILOSOPHY
"There was a language in the world that everyone understood...it was the language of enthusiasm, of things accomplished with love and purpose, and as part of a search for something believed in and desired."
Paulo Coelho
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By always keeping an open-mind and welcoming new experiences. The people I've met through CS have been incredible and that's helped fuel my passion to continue traveling. Beyond surfing, I also try to be a generous host to any couch surfers that are passing through...always glad to return the favor.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Last year I backpacked through central Europe for three weeks. My time spent there was indescribable and I hope to do it again very soon. After that trip, CS also paved the way for a two week road trip out West. Based on the experiences I had I plan on surfing with/hosting as many people as I possibly can for as long as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is undoubtedly my greatest passion. Some favorites include Yndi Halda, Sigur Ros, The National, Farewell Poetry, This Will Destroy You, GY!BE, Olafur Arnalds, The Antlers, 65daysofstatic, Portugal. The Man, mewithoutYou, God Is An Astronaut, This Is Your Captain Speaking, Peter Broderick, Russian Circles, Balmorhea, Tallest Man on Earth, Seven Mile Journey...believe me I could go on forever.
As far as movies and books I'm open to anything and everything, always willing to check out a new recommendation.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hard to pick just one...
A couple years ago I canoed down the Mississippi River with two friends and a makeshift catamaran. We slept in parks, paddled through cities and met some really amazing people. Backpacking through central Europe was just as amazing and I can't wait to do it again.
