About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy every minute and always keep perspective. Be helpful, don't stress, always interject, and avoid waste.
ABOUT ME
I am a 23 year old male from California. I love to travel and do anything outdoors. I have been very lucky to use Couch Surfing while traveling with friends, and I now want to contribute myself. I love music, animals, and people, and believe everyone should be treated with the same level of respect. I play guitar and banjo, and write songs with a fantastic violinist. I like all types of music, but my favorite is folk-influenced rock. I think Santa Barbara is amazing, and after spending 6 years in Los Angeles, I decided that I had to return to SB (at least for a little while). I have traveled to Asia, Europe, Central America, and all over North America. My favorite place to visit is the Pacific Northwest, which is where I had my best Couch Surfing experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I donate to CS, and would like to help travelers find a safe, free, clean place to stay. I have been fortunate to have some great hosts during my travels, and the least I can do is open my household for other surfers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have a lot of friends who have couch surfed numerous times. While traveling with these friends, I have also stayed at many CS locations. I also used to live with a roommate who hosted surfers and was able to create some great relationships. I have been able to develop several life-long relationships with people from all over the world.

Books: A Long Way Gone, Invisible Monsters, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Wolf of Wall Street
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to a lot of Music Festivals throughout the United States. I have been to Vietnam, Canada, Italy, Mexico, Costa Rica and throughout the U.S. However, I am much more interested in what others have done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a lot about Music, as well as the business of music. Sync licensing, publishing, and recording are some of my favorite areas. I have a strong understanding of California, and in general the West Coast of the U.S.. I want to learn more about different cultures and languages. I want to learn about places that only locals go, and how to avoid generic traveling.
