A poet and Mechanical Engineer, a numismatist and a social worker, I have done some spiritual or religious studies, experiments and practices. I have practised various ways and styles of Hinduism, practised Christianity, remained Buddhist and tried a little to learn Quraan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am fond of making friends for purpose of Numismatic collections and for my poetry, for making me cognitive about the world thought levels avariations. As well I always a friendly and helping person living on principles and teachings of Buddha and Swami Vivekananda. So couch surfing provided a base here that I can get friends and extend my family on World through.

Interests

I am interested in spirituality, poetry, nature amusements and secluded pondering of nature and natural governing principles and laws.

I love indian classical music and Bollywood songs. Lata Mangeskar, A R Rohan, Sonu Nigam, and many more Indian singers to specify. In Odia Akshay Mohanty, Tansen Singh etc.In English I enjoy Beyoncé, Criss Brown, Alice etc.

I am not interested much with movies. It's boring. I watch very selected ones.

Books I read a lot. among them Autobiography of Yogi, Books of Vivekananda and Ramakrishna, books of Thakur Anukul Chandra and Borda, Indian spirituality books, some books of Ruskin Bond, Poetry books from Rabindranath Tagore. Heroic deeds of Subhashree Bose, Rana Pratap, Gandhi and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once while I was travelling in train where a boy talked me for some little time finding that I could speak his language. In the conversation I came to know that he has been lost already far away from his home. I was in a opposite direction travel respective to his home. So I took him with me kept two days with me in Delhi returned back to Allahabad (where I used to stay) and few days after I went with him to his home. When the family found their child they were so happy. They made me one their family member with equal status. I am glad that the boy would have suffered a lot that he returned safe. And I got a new family; new brother new sister and a new village.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be glad learning about travelling privy gathered personally by the traveller. I would learnt the new culture and ways, language and ethnicity of the traveller.
I can teach about a simple and high degree of living concepts of indian style. It's spirituality, it's varied culture and diversity in composite forms.
I can share living space, life experiences I have gathered.
