About Me
Hello world!
I'm Sandra from Germany and I love to travel, meet nice people and I'm always up for an adventurous time.
Since 2011 I've been working as a teacher for secondary schools and as I'm teaching English and PE the two main lessons my students are about to learn are:
# Go out and explore the world's different cultures and nationalities!
# Go out and find the perfect wave, the most breathtaking summit, the most stunning thrill for your body!
So I obviously try to figure this out for myself as well :)
PHILOSOPHY
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, a smoke in one hand, beer in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I thought CS might be a great possibility to talk English and simultaneously meet different, funny and open-minded people from various nationalities and cultures... :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed about 15 different couches in the UK and met several couchsurfers for a drink, a walk, a hike, a party or for exploring a city..
