I love to be outdoors in warm weather, especially while bicycling. I love listening to and writing/performing/recording music. I also enjoy cooking, woodworking, and troubleshooting cars and computers.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy mostly all music. Especially Blues, Jazz, Classical, Funk, and Rock (particularly progressive, alternative, classic, and punk)

I'm not as well-read as I'd like to be but I enjoy George Orwell's writing in his essays and novels. I've also read some inspiring pieces of work by both Hemingway and Twain. The last book I read was "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.

The old Clint Eastwood westerns, particularly The Good The Bad and The Ugly, are my absolute favorite movies. Closely followed by many of Quentin Tarantino's films, Mad Max, Evil Dead... Too many to list

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bicycled 100 miles (9) hours straight to the ocean (and then back...)

Manhattan always amazes me everytime I visit.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a naturally talented mathematician and have been able to apply the skill, with steady hands, to carpentry and music. I enjoy cooking and have gotten pretty good at it. I've also studied religion, philosophy, foreign languages; I'm working towards a degree in Finance and have much more to learn.
