About Me

I am young active person who loves interacting with people from all around the world. I am a person who loves to learn, so I am more of a listener than a speaker, because I like to see all possible points of view to build my own one. I am really curious, which fits well with my love for travelling, and I always tend to be funny to create a nice, comfortable atmosphere. When I am sightseeing I tend to get lost, which I find the best way to discover special, not very known places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Many friends recommended it as an easy and cheap way to travel through cities where I know no one. I have been told that all people in Couchsurfing is very friendly and diligent with guests, and for me it would be the best way to really know the cities I visit, not just what is written in tourism guides.

Interests

I am interested in travelling, meeting new people and cultures, sightseeing, discovering new places and gastronomy and learning new languages.
As well I love doing sport, specially playing football, but I could manage anything that is not winter sports. I am also a great movies and series fan in general.
Lately, probably as a process of maturity, I have got more involved and interested in politics.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not much into music, but I mostly listen to british rock, principally groups like Muse, Queen, Kaiser Chiefs, The Fratellis and The Hives.
About movies I love to discover films of any type and nationality, but I specially like Tarantino movies, french comedies and any film with Leonardo DiCaprio (avoiding Titanic). If possible, I try to watch them in original version.
I usually read two kind of books: fantastic novels (I am very into "A Song of Ice and Fire" saga and Joe Abercrombie's books) and historical novels, cause I find them the best way, with films, of learning about our past and building our future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nothing really, that is one reason I joined this. Hope I can have something to write now!

Teach, Learn, Share

What I love most when I go abroad is discover the typical food from the places so, if I have the right material, I always try gastronomic exchanges with foreigners I meet. I like to learn about the cultures and way of living in the places I visit, and I can as well exchange points of view about theirs and mine. I like to exchange films with people from other countries that I meet, because I find that it is one of the best ways to know other cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook some spanish dishes in order to make people try our tastes. I am a clean and organized person, who follows the rules and wouldn't make any complaint to the house's rules, as I know I am just a guest there.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
