About Me

I am a 4th year resident of Cardiology, now living and working in Barcelona, but I have always lived in A Coruña, Galicia. I am easygoing person, interested in arts, specially music, food and travelling.
I am open to different points of view and I like to share experiences with people from other countries and way of living.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is an easy way to travel and meet new people, making easier to stablish new friendships aroung the globe. I love the idea.

Interests

I love music, and arts generally. Apart from medicine and hospitals, which takes me most of my time, I also play the violin in a local orchestra. That makes me very happy and allows me to disconnect from my routine. I use to go to concerts and operas here in Barcelona, and I would love to travel attending to concerts and operas around Europe.
I love to eat and going to dinner outside. I am improving also my cooking skills so I could give some surprises to my hosts :D

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: impossible to choose. I love classical music and opera. If I had to choose one, I could stand out Tosca.
Films: many, usually thriller.
Books: also impossible to just take one. I love Alexandre Dumas and french literature; I am discovering recently Stefan Zweig and Irène Némirovsky (The dance; The wine of the solitude)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying over Angel Falls in the jungle, in Venezuela.
Listening to Anna Netrebko live in Covent Garden, Opera Bastilla or Wiener Staatsooper.
Playing in an orchestra Tchaikovsky's Fifth Symphony or Brahms' Deutsche Requiem.
Breathing the air over Vixia da Herbeira, in A Coruña

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show Barcelona and surroundings, make them feel comfortably in my house, where I have a pool in the rooftop.
I can guide them through music activites, specially in Palau de la Musica and Liceu Opera House.

Countries I’ve Visited
