Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Santiago, I am a professional contemporary dancer from Bogotá and I'm currently studying a master in Choreography and performance in Giessen, Germany. I'm very much into the arts and I also love languages, cooking and physical activities connecting mind and body; meditation and yoga are just a few.
I am very independent and quiet when it comes to be hosted in someone's place, I respect the rules of the host on how to take good care of their space and normally I also like to share talks, food or small treats. I don't need much but I love to be in the kitchen, and I don't have a problem cleaning after using it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel alone a lot in Europe but still pay rent back in Germany. Couchsurfing is great to save some cash while also sharing alternative moments with local people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to music everyday and my taste indicates very soft sounds, classical music and indie pop rock in different languages. Techno for party and jazz for dinner, music inspires me for my work.
Movies I consider my favorites are Kill Bill, Dancer in the dark, The professional, Lost in translation, The Favourite.
I'm becoming a better reader thanks to my current MA. I'm more into theoretical and philosophical readings nowadays. Humanities, Gender and race theories, poststructuralism.
