i like the moment right before the sun rises and sets; sushi and gnomes make me happy; walks in the rain; getting lost to find your way; making new friends; desperate housewives is an obsession. . . well so is a starbucks iced white chocolate mocha; i like to meditate to collect my thoughts; drawing is theraputic, so is shopping;

When I was travelling around South Africa away from the "home" I had, I was living on the floors and couchs of my many friends in the country. They were so hospitable and just amazing1

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I have enjoyed the Dan Brown books, Patricia Cornwall (notibly 'The Body Farm'), Gregory MaGuire.

Music I like a wide variety. My base is Dance, Pop, Electronica, and House. I like Hip-Hop and the different forms of Alternative. The only things that are lost to me are Country and Rap.

I have a strange taste in movies I've found: The Fog, the 'X-Men' movies, Ferris Bueller, Clueless, Silent Hill, Nightmare Before Christmas, Waiting For Guffman, Best In Show, A Mighty Wind, Adventures In Babysitting, Rent, Predator, Aliens. Those are some of my favs.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I think that the most amazing thing I was able to witness was in KwaZulu-Natal in SA. I was at a Zulu Village watching them perform for us foreigners and 200 young school children. The songs and dancing combined with the atmosphere and children really moved me and left a great impression in my mind and heart.
