Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have hosted many different groups of people. We're happy to let you do your own thing or join us. You can come and go as you please; join us for meals, sit around the campfire, or we can take you on day trips around central New York. We hope to stay with couch surfers as we plan our future trips across the US and around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted guests and loved it! Each time was a little different, but each time was wonderful. We had our first experience being couch surfers, when we went to France and stayed 2 nights in Grenoble---awesome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fred's amazing things: Seeing life birds, my children,traveling across the US.

Patti's amazing things: Being a cancer survivor, the birth and growth of our children,hiking to the top of Yosemite Mountain with my daughter, encountering three wolves (3' from me)during an early morning hike 15 years ago.

Teach, Learn, Share

Yes, Fred can teach you how to blacksmith and I can teach you how to use American Sign Language---but we both can offer a place to grow. Come in Feb or March and help us collect sap to boil into delicious maple syrup, then sit down for hot pancakes.
