Über mich
Instigator of dance parties, collector of art. I am convinced that buying books and reading them are two separate hobbies, of which I am only good at one….
My friends call me Bambi, my mum tells me I am sweetness and light, strangers in bars call me a good dancer. I like neuroscience, sociology, fishing, 4x4 and learning about other peoples passions.
I work as a consultant to charities and not for profits to help them run more efficiently. I used to run an Aboriginal language centre in the remote north west of Australia to revive ~42 Aboriginal languages. I’ve spent most of my career designing organisational cultures (what it looks, sounds and feels like to work somewhere) that will make people shine and perform at their best. It’s a lot about mindsets, behaviours, inclusion and psychological safety. When people feel it is safe for them to fail they can experiment, explore and discover to unlock value we didn’t know was there before. My personality was always been helping people to become the best versions of themselves so it’s really well suited to me.
