Now I'm traveling solo so I'm using this "new" profile

My favorite words are "Kindness" and "Choice": every day we can choose which kind of person we'd like to be and I always keep in mind to think, talk and act kindly to make the world a better place

I'm a social and smiley person, willing to learn and meet other people. I've been working with children for 10 years, and it makes me appreciate small things and diversities. I'm also a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher both for kids and adults and run events and workshops for parents and teachers, to help them handle their emotions and cultivate empathy.

When I travel I love meeting locals and joining projects as a volunteer, It's a way to "give back" to the country and people.

Another big passion is cooking. It's a form of sharing love. I can cook Italian vegan food if you like it. I'm vegan because I love animals and our Planet. I don't mind if you eat meat, but I choose not to do it.
