Overview
About Me
I'm a cheerful girl who loves to meet new people, see new places and learn new things.
I grew up in the country side and prefer the nature before the bustling cities.
I am studying Master of Engineering in Design and Project Realisation with focus on environment and developing countries. My dream is to be able to make a difference in this world.
Right now I'm taking a break from my Master of Engineer studies to travel around the world for eight months together with the best: my boyfriend and my lovely sister (and anyone we catch on the road). The great journey will start in July and with inter rail through Europe, from Sweden to Italy. After that we will fly to Singapore. Next waits surf camp in Bali and three months in Australia until we move on to New Zealand and finish in Bangkok.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Finding new friends, sharing experiences and maybe a couch to surf on during my travels ;)
I've stayed at hosts from CS in France, Italy and Singapore and other families in the Netherlands and France also. I think it's really nice to get to know a new place from the homes of the citizens there. These stayes have been among the best on my journey so far!
When I get back from the journey and have my own place again, I look forward to hosting people and showing them the best of Sweden.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: All music that you can dance to!
Best movie: Limitless, I want that pill!
Books: I think Dan Brown has to be my favourite author, all of his books are amazing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The jungle in Malaysia. We befriended a jungle guide in Cherating and stayed with him for five nights in total in the jungle. He had a hilux and drove us up a mounted and in the jungle through palm plantations and thought us everything from the local fruits to the school system. We swam in waterfall and tracked elephants.
In my own country:
Last summer, I went to the "dance-band week" (dansbandsveckan) in Malung, Sweden. One week of dance, amazing people, sunshine, rain and wine, living in a caravan. That was the best week of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a problem solver, an enthusiast and will always share a smile!
One of the best things about visiting new places is to learn about the culture. It's always interesting and healthy to gain new perspectives of life by seeing other lifestyles.
So far I've experienced a lot during my travels through countries and have some great stories to tell.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My lovely company.
I've got awesome math skills too, but I don't think that's anything my potential hosts are interested in... But I would love to bake and cook for them.
