This profile is about my husband and I since we are traveling together. We are traveling around the globe to learn more about beer, cuisine and culture. We love getting to know people from the cities we visit. Sharing food, drinks and stories are things we love most. After we return to the USA we will be opening a brew pub in GA. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sara: Hiked for 18 hours and 24 miles, over recently dead bodies encased in ice with only a map on my cell phone through the Enchantments in the Washington State Cascades, and finished at the wrong trail head in the pitch black at 11pm. After flagging down a 4-wheel drive Chevy Tahoe with a crew of two, numbering as many teeth as one, we reached our car, finished the Jim Beam, and fell asleep in the backseat.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love teaching friends how to make pasta and pizza dough. Sam has been home brewing for three years and loves collaborating on brew.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We absolutely love to cook; seafood tagliatelle (pasta, made from scratch of course), beet mascarpone stuffed ravioli, classic thin crust pizza, Guinness braised short-ribs, pan seared ribeye, asian stir fry. We love to make it all.

Sam enjoys playing guitar with anyone willing to join him.
