Overview
About Me
I come from a big family that has a Serbian-traditional-liquor-making business.
I love the smell of old books. When I was a kid I dreamed of becoming that beloved librarian who always knows which book to recommend to anyone who walks in. The best decision of my life was doing an Erasmus in Bilbao (Spain) in 2016, where I made friends for life from all over the world and had the time of my life. I like writing down memories when travelling and I really enjoy writing old-fashioned letters to people that I love. I don't like to cook but I looove to eat. When I travel I always find a museum to visit and spend some time gazing at works of art. I take a lot of photos and I'd like to learn more about the art of photography. I sang in a choir my whole life and even in a band for a while, but still haven't overcome my stage fright. My birthday celebrations usually last for two or three days. I haven't played my piano in years but I'd never ever sell it. I led 3 intercultural exchanges that included helping local people in a Serbian village, living on a farm in Germany and camping in the north of France. I used to paint when I was younger and I hope I'll start again in the future. I like being surprised by the great soundtracks when watching a movie. Two things make me believe in past lives- the irrational and overwhelming feeling of belonging each time I'm in Andalucia and each time I listen to Gipsy music, and my dear weird friend Erell just by being herself. I'm really into dancing, especially to Latin music and RnB. I fall in love with Spring every year, without exception, but summer is still my favourite season. Some of my all-time favourite things are the smell of blossomed linden, summer evenings, the sound of footsteps in the snow, songs played by street musicians and that feeling you get after solving a math problem.

Music, Movies, and Books
I can definitely find a song that I get addicted to in any musical genre. One moving verse, certain beat or tempo change in the perfect moment can make it end up on a repeat.
As for movies, I have a type for every mood. Drama when I feel like changing perspective, Documentaries and Historic movies when I'm hungry for new information, Musicals when I wanna sing and dance around the apartment, Romantic movies when I'm emotional and Animation movies for the childish me.
When it comes to books, my childhood favourite is definitely Harry Potter and my adulthood favourite is too hard to choose at the moment.
The list of books that I've read is quite long but I'm always in a quest for new ones (recommendations encouraged).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I shouted from the top of the Etna volcano, laid on the grass under the lighted Eiffel Tower, got lost on the streets of Istanbul, rode a carousel in Toulouse, acted in francophone theater in 5 different countries, got to be an inspiration for a poem, walked for 6 hours in flooded Venice, discovered the world's best ice cream in Rome, participated in a 3-week training for Intercultural Exchange Leaders that took place in Germany, France and Serbia, met a psychic in Madrid, spent an entire day taking photos with DSLR at Montmartre, survived Feria de Málaga, made my childhood dream come true by visiting Disneyland, protested against dictatorship already at the age of 3, lived in Bilbao, spent a day in a thermal bath in Budapest, visited Dialogue in the Dark in Hamburg, did a 12-day trip in Andalucia alone, organised Erasmus reunion in Prague, rediscovered the meaning of true happiness at the top of glittering Iron Lady, sneaked into Alhambra in the middle of the night with locals, ice-skated under the Christmass lights in front of Vienna town hall, moved to Quimper for a volunteering project in a high school and a bunch of other stuff that I can't remember at the moment.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could tell you about my culture, teach you how to speak French, Spanish or Serbian, sing with you, share my travelling stories,...
And I'm always up for learning something new :)
