I'm planning to pursue a research career in Akkadian studies while, for now, doing odd jobs like translating Japanese porn comic books into Polish ^^;

Too many to list!

My favourite Japanese author is Osaki Midori, virtually unknown in Europe, which is a great pity. I love the oldest classics, like Gilgamesh and assorted Akkadian and Hebrew poetry, but I also enjoy more modern stuff (postmodern, even), like Jorge Luis Borges, Italo Calvino, Stefan Zweig, Virginia Woolf, Orhan Pamuk, Georges Perec, Kawabata Yasunari, and many many others.

I enjoy classical European and Japanese music, and jazz, although I'm really a complete ignoramus.

I do sometimes have fun, too!

I had 7 days to repack and prepare to move to Germany after I moved back from Japan and I made it on time!

To be honest, I dislike teaching, because it keeps me away from learning (and there are so many interesting things!)
