Just back to London after a 2year 'gap year' living in Spain, Colombia and Nepal - working, volunteering and travelling. Settling down into the new chapter and trying to find new rhythm. I'm a social worker and massage therapist. Extra circular - try to keep active, run, cycle, love dancing, get out in nature, play in a Afro-Brazilian drumming group, volunteer, meditate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined CS when I moved to Spain following a transition period in my life. Travelling alone for the first time it sounded a great way to meet folk and get to know a place. It feels very important to share life with others.. those close and far from home.

MOVIES: again - depends!

BOOKS: Always love something that inspires or allows me to escape..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

... ran a marathon in 3hr 28min baby... and I used to be able to do the splits (no idea if I still can)

I love to explore life and learn from others.. to hear people's stories, life experiences, adventures, quirks..
