About Me
I'm happiest when I get to share a good meal with cool people. I love listening to stories. I love people just in general. Since I was set to graduate from college pretty early and with little debt, I decided to get a degree in something I like with little concern for what kind of jobs it would get me. As a result, I have a BA in creative writing and I work as a security officer - not at all what I expected, but I've enjoyed this season of my life thus far, and have certainly learned about myself and the world along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A couple years ago, five of my friends and I ran across our home state of Minnesota to fundraise and bring awareness for refugees on the Thai/Burma(Myanmar) border. South Dakota -> Wisconsin, two weeks, 200 miles. The organization we worked with was able to get emergency meals across the border without paying any bribes!
