Overview
About Me
Hi! I am a 24 year old from Gothenburg, Sweden, and embarked on my second bicycle trip on July 22nd. I made a first attempt on June 15th together with a friend from university, but had to take the train home the day after due to knee pain. So now I'm giving it a second try, but at a slower pace!
My original idea was actually to study Spanish in Spain - but when I decided that I didn't want to take the plane, I thought "well, if I'm not flying, I might as well ride my bike…" ;) And the idea grew from there. Unfortunately I don't have enough time to get all the way to Spain ;) but Denmark works just fine too!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to give Couchsurfing a try when I embarked on my first bike trip since I enjoy meeting new people, and have always preferred host families to hotels. I'm looking forward to start being a host myself now that I am back from my bike trip!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: I don't often watch movies or TV, but if I ever do watch movies, I prefer nostalgic ones - Disney/Pixar movies or even Moomin :D
Music: mostly acoustic and classical music... Elgar's Cello Concerto for example. I don't really have any favorite artists. I love music but I barely ever listen to it "actively"; I tend to always have songs stuck in my head anyway... ;)
Books: I had a long period of not being able to concentrate on books, but now I am slowly getting back to the joy of reading. I haven't yet found any new favorites though. Open for suggestions :D
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just one??? Hmm... nope, I'll pick three:
1) Climbed the Grande Grotta of Kalymnos, Greece (2017)
2) Lived 2,5 months in Uganda where I met some AMAZING people (2018)
3) Biked from Gothenburg to southern Denmark and discovered Couchsurfing on the way! (2019)
