Hey neighbours! I am a long-time Toronto resident... Immigrated here in 1995 from the former Yugoslavia, and lived in North York and Etobicoke until about 2012, when I moved out on my own. I have worked in tech and broadcast installation, but my passion is hospitality and service. I have been in the industry for 11 years, serving and bartending for 8, and recently I started managing a brewpub. I love Toronto's craft beer scene and am looking to move into consulting eventually. I have been involved with several openings and love the scramble, stress and rush of needing to apply my logistical and organizational skills!

I respect musicians who are good at their craft. To name a few favourite genres, I tend to really enjoy classic rock and Toronto's early 00s punk scene, as well as newer folk/americana and some pop. Old bluesy stuff is pretty great too, I'm pretty easy, I just don't enjoy a lot of top 40 and "look how much money I have" rap.

In terms of reading, I subscribe to the Walrus as my magazine/news source of choice. I absolutely adore hard sci-fi. I've read a lot of classics as well, and I am trying to get into newer fiction these days as well. I respect good writing regardless of the genre!

I am an awesome roommate who respects other people's time and schedules (you mean not everyone works from 3pm to 1am?!) but am also social and friendly. I often have lots of beer to share and talk about, or just enjoy slowly and quietly if you prefer your own space. I get along with all animals, and petsit like a BOSS. So go ahead, take that vacation you deserve. Wifi down? I can probably fix it. Computer slow? I can probably fix it. Need some shelves put up? Gotcha. Toilet problems? Sorry, call a plumber. Need to vent? I'm listening.
