Overview
About Me
Cuban-American. NYC / Jersey born and raised. I studied geography and love to explore places and the ways people interact with them. I’ve been blessed with a worldwide network of family and friends who have given me the opportunity to experience new places intimately and personally, and this has shaped my approach to travel and personal relationships. I love to share experiences with others, can walk (and talk) for hours, and have a soft spot for local family-owned food businesses. I’m also always down for a road trip and for going off the beaten path.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Not interested in dating, please don’t message me if you’re using this as Tinder. Same goes for club promoters.
I would like to meet people with shared interests, find genuine connections, and introduce travelers to my community and corner of the world.
Interests
I like historic architecture. Live music (with casual vibe). Immigrant neighborhoods. Small food establishments. Museums and cultural centers. Sustainability as it relates to agriculture, forestry, and food systems. Also treasure hunting (thrifting, antiquing, general scrounging)
