About Me
Adventurer & Dog Lover & Hiker
I quit my professional job in June to travel around the world for a while.
Generally an adventurer and explorer; I'm outgoing, active, and good natured but always love a lazy day. I'm into cycling and hiking, and have recently gotten into rock-climbing (I bouldered first outdoor V2+ at the beginning of June, it was a 25-30 ft climb!). I'm normally up for anything, whether a night of dancing, a stretchy yoga class, exploring a city, an art museum, or hiking to some hidden hot springs.
I'm also a passionate dog lover and have a corgi and golden who are living back in DC. I enjoy cooking and can make a mean mac & cheese.
You can check out my adventures on Instagram @bearah.essentials or read about my travels and close encounters with bears at bearahessentials.com
