About Me

I am a Franco Portuguese living in Paris. I've lived in Italy (Bologna) and Brazil (Rio). I enjoy greatly lots of things and I often marvel at the beauty and poetry of life. As for sports, I'm a regular climber, swimmer and dancer (currently doing intuitive dance and contemporary dance). I love cooking and sharing meals. I also adore going on adventures (I hitchhiked solo from France to Portugal this summer, for example) and getting away to nature. I also go to the cinema a lot, so I'm happy to talk about movies. My subjects of interest at work are more specifically climate issues and circular economy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that what makes the most of travels is meeting people and spending quality time together. I would be super happy and grateful to be hosted by Couchsurfers during my travels 🦋

Here are my favorite ones of the moment:

- Movies: "Lost illusions" - Xavier Giannoli (2021) - "Je verrai toujours vos visages" - Jeanne Herry (2023) - "Misanthrope - Damián Szifrón (2023)

- Documentaries: "Pourquoi on se bat" - Camille Etienne and Solal Moisan (2023), "My Octopus Teacher" - James Reed, Pippa Ehrlich (2020), "The Gleaners and I" - Agnes Varda (2002)

- Music: "E sempre bello" - Coez, "Quero ser feliz tambem" - Natiruts, "Ouda" - Hamid El Shaeri, "Ride" - Twenty one pilot

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I lived in Rio as an exchange student, I danced in favelas several times a week (baile funk). It was quite special to be able to spend time with favela dwellers, to talk to them and try to understand their lives.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach : I can teach some vegetarian meals and share my knowledge of climate change and the circular economy.

Learn: I am keen to learn anything that you can teach. I would love to practise Portuguese and Spanish. I also like to draw, although I'm not particularly talented. I've also been learning to play the piano for a while, but I'm still fairly new to it.

Share: I enjoy a lot taking portraits, I will be glad to take pics of you with my Canon Reflex.

What I Can Share with Hosts

With my hosts, I enjoy sharing deep and open conversations. I would like sharing meals, having creative evenings and going climbing or ice skating. I'm also a big fan of hiking, nature breaks and the sea.

I would be already super grateful to be hosted so I'll be flexible of course.
