About Me
Hi! I'm Sarah. I'm an American living in Germany teaching English. A big fan of music, I've constantly got a song stuck in my head. I like hiking, discovering weird stuff in new cities, and finding reasons to laugh with new friends. I like Harry Potter, College Humor/Buzzfeed videos, and keeping up to date with current events.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've heard from a few friends that Couchsurfing is a great way to experience a city with open-minded locals and have a really unique and positive stay in an unfamiliar location. So I said, "why not?", took the plunge, and signed up. I'm excited to be able to meet new people the next time I travel someplace, and hope that I can also become a Couchsurfing advocate. :)

Teach, Learn, Share
I think everyone can learn something from each person they meet. Wisdom comes from observing, but also from listening and doing and discussing. Without sharing there is no teaching or learning. It's all about the interaction between people, minds, cultures, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories, my time, and laughs (hopefully). And music. I'll even go for a cliché guitar and singing evening. I'm a band nerd at heart and a choir in practice. It's a terribly wonderful combination and I wouldn't have it any other way.
