Hello! I'm in my senior year of college where I am studying to be a registered nurse. I never found the time to study abroad in my schedule, but I really want to travel.

I have a cat who I love very much. She is two years old and sweet as can be. I want to get a dog but I am waiting until I have settled down (maybe after I'm done couch surfing and traveling!)

I've been a vegetarian since I was 5 years old and am currently in the process of going vegan. It's a lifestyle choice that I am very passionate about and excited to do.

I'm a poor college student and I want to travel! I haven't seen much beyond Maryland, so I'm hoping through Couchsurfing I will meet people who can help me see more. Plus I can sleep anywhere so I figured this should work out perfectly for me :)

I don't want to just tour new places, I want to experience them and see what it's like to live there.. so I am extra excited to have discovered this network!

I don't read many books for joy because I'm too busy with textbooks :(

I love pretty much all movies! Action, science fiction, romantic comedy, chick flicks, cartoons. I love the Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, House of Cards, True Detective, Breaking Bad, and I am planning on binge watching Orange is the New Black soon.

As far as music goes I like pretty much everything that I can't tell is autotuned. I prefer music that is actually made by instruments.

when I was 5 I made the decision to become a vegetarian. No one else in my family was one, I just didn't want to kill animals. I think that's a pretty amazing decision to make at 5... maybe that's just me
