I am a university student in Environment, passionate about the outdoors, protecting nature, and environmental policy. I believe in both local politics and elaborate federal policies as a means to solve environmental issues, and I try to be invested in both through activism and academic research!

I used Couchsurfing a few years ago and met a great community of people who believed in helping out each other. I liked the philosophy and I hope to give back one day when I'll have a steady place with a couch!

Again, the environment. Aside from that, I honestly am interested in learning about anything. I love when people are passionate about what they do (as a hobby or a job), and I am always open to listen.

I listen to anything from old school rap to funk, classical music, rock, world music, and folk.
As for movies, I watch anything, but I have developed a taste for classic Asian movies (Kurosawa, Zhang Yimou, Wong Kar-wai...)

Learned a language called Seereer which is spoken by 10% of the Senegalese population? I'm pretty proud of that, even though I forgot most of my vocabulary for a lack of use!
