About Me
**First we would like you to know that we are out in the country side 50min from Galway city, 25min from Tuam. Our village is small and very quiet and doesn't even have a shop, so please keep this in mind if you request a stay with us. There are buses that come to neighbouring villages and we will do our best to help you out with that but it is something to keep in mind. Our home may suite those with their own transport best and those who like a quiet life!**
Im married to Oliver and together we have spent the last 12 years travelling the world together. We are an easy going couple and when we are not on an adventure you will usually find us drinking tea, visiting friends, eating out and wandering around antique shops or museums. We love just sitting around a table with good food and friendly conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books
So as far as music goes, there is nothing i like better than sitting in a little pub listening to Irish trad or folk music. But after spending three years living in the Canadian prairies country music seems to be growing on me!
With movies we both will pretty much watch anything, no real favorites for either of us.
My favorite book is To Kill A Mockingbird. My husband reads anything and everything war/history and biographical.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Completed the Inca Trail and reached Machu Picchu. We reached the top just in time to watch the sun rise and that for me was pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I welcome any opportunity to swap stories and learn about anything new. I really just want to be able to share some time with like minded travelers and learn to see life from other peoples point of view.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hopefully a fun time hanging out together with some good conversation along the way....and i bake so maybe some cakes and cookies!
