About Me

I'm currently a student at Manchester! I'm an open minded person always ready to try out something new and have fun ^^

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it will allow travelling to be a more fulfilling experience! I'd be able to meet new people and exchange thoughts and interests as well as cultural differences and languages! It'd be great to get a first hands experience traveling a country and staying with someone who can show me the ropes of where they are from and the favourite aspects of their country.

Plus, you get to meet some down to earth people happy to welcome you to a part of their life! (If even only briefly) and one day can return the favour too!

Interests

I enjoy watching films/anime, love to read, gigs, conventions, and whatever new experiences really!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- I listen to all genres of music, anything that I find catchy or has a beat to it! I enjoy classical, rock, J/K-pop to French bands, R&B, indie....if it sounds catchy, it's a hit

Books- my favourite genre is epic fantasy! The Wheel of Time series, The Lord of the rings, The Sword of Truth, Eragon, Harry Potter (among others). Some of my favourites also include Jo Nesbo's The Snowman, The Egyptian series by Wilbur Smith, every work by Oscar Wilde, dystopian literature such as A Brave New World and Fahrenheit 451, Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell... Gimme a book to check out and I'll basically read it!

Movies- I love watching films! V for Vendetta is among my top choices (it's a must see)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm so undecided... laying with friends on blankets in the middle of somewhere in the Atlas mountains stargazing (the night sky was truly breathless) but I did have fun teaching English at a private academy in Casablanca^^

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help with English and can speak Arabic! I want to learn Japanese so help with that is always a plus!

Share? Well, exchanging thoughts, hobbies and such with others is always interesting

What I Can Share with Hosts

Since I come from a multicultural background, I can give insight on what it was like living in some of the places! I can speak Arabic and so can perhaps dish out a few phrases if you'd like! I can help with English too. I can offer my friendship and home hopefully when I can become a host to future travelers.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, France, Israel, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan, South Korea, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
