Hiya friends, my name is Sarah and I a warm and friendly Australian. I am a bit of a gypsy and a world traveller so I have lived in many places and met many people. I love to meet new friends and easily get along with just about anyone. I truly enjoy making new connections and having good conversation. Don't worry I'm also clean and easy going so I'm an easy person to have around. I'm also a very spiritual person and actively participate in yoga and meditation in my daily life. I love gardening and cooking and love to contribute to any home or community. I'm also very interested in and actively live a sustainable lifestyle. I am an avid surfer and at home surf every weekend. I am a Veterinarian by profession as well so love animals ;)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm here because i love to meet new people and make new connections. At home I love to have travellers around as there is always something new and interesting to learn and I love to give back to the community that looks after me when I'm away. As I am currently travelling at the moment I am on here to find people and places to connect with. I much prefer to stay with loving interesting individuals and get to know and contribute to a local community rather than staying in hostels etc.

Interessen

I'm interested in just about anything you have to offer. But I love the outsdoors, surfing, hiking, canoeing, rockclimbing, camping, biking, swimming, snow boarding, you name it I love it. I also love crystals, gardening, food growing, cooking, fermentation, baking sourdough bread, yoga, meditation, energy healing of any kind, music, I play the djembe and a little guitar. I love to spin poi and entertain. I particularly love to cook for people and create a community vibe, getting to connect with others and learn from them is a true joy in life. I also make jewellery which if you spend time with me you will definitely see me making some. I love giving them to people also. Gifting is a true joy.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love all kinds of music but particularly love folk music, blue grass, country etc. I love to read spiritual books and fantasy books haha. But I'll read just about anything.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Oh man so hard. I've climbed right up into the middle of the himalayas, that was pretty amazing. I've lived for a month in a tibetan community which was an incredible experience. I've travelled pretty much the whole globe with a few exceptions and had so many incredible and enlightening experiences on my journey.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I love to teach anything I know. I can teach poi, jewellery making, surfing, yoga (not officially trained), djembe, meditation, fermentation of all kinds. Hmm I love to share music and food making, dancing and happiness :) I would love to learn to play my guitar better. I'm also out there to learn any and all energy healing techniques, anything you can teach me i'm interested.
