Overview
About Me
I quit my engineering job in September 2016 and have been travelling ever since. I love the outdoors, national parks, climbing, riding, but also enjoy a good city exploration on foot. I'm a solo traveller and love to meet people along the way who can share stories and whom I can learn from. I rarely do research or much planning, instead I go where people recommend!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - anything they play on Triple J (Aussie radio station)
Movies - don't really sit still long enough to sit through movies, but the Revenant is the last movie I saw that kept me on the edge of my seat and Finding Dory made me cry and laugh.
Books - Historical fiction is the best. What comes to mind is "Unbroken" and the Ken Follett series about the wars of the world in the 20th century.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed in Thailand for ten days, if you've never been, GO!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach - Practical stuff? I'm pretty good at fixing things and inventing fixes for problems.
Learn - Everything! I like knowing people's stories, travel tips, how to cook their favourite dish.
Share - I can share my stories, tell you the parts of my travels I've enjoyed and those I haven't.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share me! I want to make the most out of every day and if I can share it with other people, then even better. I'm also a very good house guest, I'll do the dishes, clean the bathroom, vacuum, cook for you, you name it!
