I'm Sarah and I'm from Germany. I'm 27 years old but will turn 28 in the beginning of November. Maybe I find some nice people to celebrate with me?!

I finished at the University in Germany last year in september and I had the feeling that I need at least some month off to discover how to continue with my life etc. So, here I am - in New Zealand - try to clear my head and trying to figure out where I want to go, to live, what to do etc.

I love live music, going out, but alos reading a lot of books (don't bring me into a bookstore if you are not planning on staying there for a while!!!)
But I also like beeing active. I'm not the best hiker but I still enjoy it most of the time considering the things I get to see at the journeys. When it comes to sport activities I'm very interested in martial arts, Volleyball - that kinda things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I lived in Palmerston North (NZ) with the family I work for as an Au Pair (kinda live-in-nanny). After, since I still have half a year left to see as much of NZ as possible, I'll travel around with friends or alone, if I'm not working somewhere else. As every one knows: money doesn't grow on trees!

While I'm travelling I'd love to meet some nice local people to help me out with a bed/sofa for the night and some information about the "what to see and do" things!
