About Me

21-year-old student, currently doing a Master of Marketing in Paris. I'm a very sociable person and my friends often describe me as the funny person of the group. I love the American culture and therefore am crazy about series, movies and video games. People could describe me as a little geek/nerd. One funny thing about me: I collect Funko Pop (little vinyl figures) and have 400+. If you don't know what it is, go check it out !! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently doing an exchange program in the US, I'm here to discover as much of the country as I can. What better to do so than be fully immersed and stay at a local's place?

Once I'm back, I'd be more than happy to welcome you and make you discover the beautiful city that is Paris.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to covers on YouTube : Megan Nicole, Boyce Avenue... But I have girly tastes when it comes to artists (Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd) but I mostly listen to American artists.

Other than that, I'm currently obsessed with the Fifty Shades soundtrack. They make very good musics.

My favorite movie and book --> Hunger Games trilogy (may the odds be ever in your favor is my motto), but I like all types of movies such as Marvel, DC.. Or movies related to history (the book thief, Hacksaw Ridge, Schindler's List...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not extraordinary but really odd. First time in the US, just arrived at the airport.. after a long flight, I obviously wanted to pee. I was shocked to discover that you can't have full privacy in the toilets, that there are always two little lines at the extremities that allow people to see you, even a little. Anyway, went to the toilets, and suddenly my toilet paper disappeared. Someone (airport staff) had open the little box on the wall to take it off and replace it knowing I was in it... haha I have a video I could show you if we someday meet but it is the funniest thing that happened to me so far

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to practice English as much as I can, but I'd be more than happy to speak French with someone if he/she's willing to.

My biggest wish is to learn more about the different cultures, not necessarily just the American one, and to discover new places

What I Can Share with Hosts

Share the French culture and language. Have friendly conversations to get to know them better, possibly go eat or visit places... Anything that distinguishes from Airbnb or a hostel: having a human contact.
