I live in Switzerland with my husband Benjamin. We both love music, people, great books, travelling, wine, good food and Jesus. I found at least one thing to love about every place I've travelled to so far, so it's slowly turning into an addiction. The Caribbean and Scandinavia are currently at the top of my list. But then again, it's a long list...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've learned that the experience of going to a new place can be so much better when there's a real person instead of just a shiny little book to give you advice on what not to miss or where to eat. Couchsurfing lets you get in touch with the one who knows the place best before you go there. That's so much nicer and more reassuring than just booking a hotel room on some anonymous website.
