"We are always where we are supposed to be"

I'm from "Wild and Wonderful" West Virginia. I discovered my love of traveling first in my own country, where I have seen the majority of the 50 states. I have also traveled in Europe and through parts of Asia. With every trip I take, I learn new things about the world and this is what I really love about traveling. I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people. I am a very curious and open-minded person, and I enjoy hearing points of view that are not my own. There is always something to learn from others, and I think this is how we grow as individuals.

I am currently on a big trip around Asia and will be visiting India, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. I won’t be able to accept guests for the time being as I don’t have a house.

All things outdoors! Hiking, running, kayaking, skiing (I am also learning how to snowboard) rock climbing, water skiing, white water rafting-- you name it.

Cooking and baking are passions of mine.

Long-time beer fan, and I am slowly learning to love wine ;)
