Hello!

I grew up in Victoria BC, and now live in Calgary, Alberta. I have been fortunate enough to do a bit of traveling and love being somewhere new and meeting new people. I like being outdoors. There's something I find very peaceful about being in nature. I miss being by the ocean and love getting home to Victoria whenever I can but will take whatever large body of water is closest as a stand in.

I'm planning a big Europe trip for next spring and it would be awesome to be able to meet some locals and experience their perspective in between seeing friends and family.

I would really like to be able to host some people and show them a bit of Calgary before I go to and get the gist of this couchsurfing dealio.

I have pretty varied and eclectic mixes of tastes. Books and movies wise, I like everything from rom-coms to fantasy and sci-fi with the occasional documentary thrown in. Music, anything from pop, top 40 to oldies rock and country.
