Hello,
My name is Sarah and I am a current undergraduate student at University of Rochester, New York. I love to travel and meet new people everywhere I go!

I love intellectually stimulating conversations and hearing the wonderful stories people have to share. I am interested in bioethics/ medical ethics and philosophy. I hope to study medical law one day.

Traveling is a huge passion of mine. Nothing compares to breathing the air of a new place and learning how people live in different parts of the world. I am a nature guru and enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, surfing, skateboarding, and most other outdoor activities.
I try to live a sustainable lifestyle, so I follow an entirely plant-based/ vegan diet and lifestyle and I am involved in many green organizations on my campus and in my community.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to make new friends as I travel and to truly experience the countries I visit by staying with locals and seeing how they live their everyday lives.

Interests

I have many interests, but traveling and science would have to be my top two. I love to relax on the beach with a book, but I also love going out and adventuring all day and night.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love literally all types of music. I'm not big on movies or television and my reading preference is nonfiction for sure. I try to stay up to date on current medical technology and scientific discoveries.

Teach, Learn, Share

Iam involved in many sustainability organizations and I study bioethics and philosophy of science at the University of Rochester.
I can also share a lot of information about veganism, including recipes :-)
