I am Sarah (30) from Germany.

I really love couchsurfing. 🛋️ It's so easy to get in touch with local people, make new friends and learn about different cultures. 🌍 I met so many nice and inspiring people with the help of this platform; I am really grateful for the friends I made here. People describe me as quite adventurous and outgoing, but in recent years I have also become a bit calmer, I would say. 😌✨
I love getting postcards from all over the world. My favourite country is Spain, I've spent a lot of time there over the last 3 years. I guess I felt more at home in Spain in terms of lifestyle. 🇪🇸 I'm a night owl and not as organised and punctual as most Germans. The clocks in Spain tick a bit slower than in Germany, which has always suited me.
I understand some Persian/Farsi, my mother is Iranian. 🇮🇷My father is German and Germany is also my home country. 😊🇩🇪 But I have also been to Iran and I always miss my family that lives in Tehran, the capital. In Iran I also fell in love with the desert 🏜️🐪
