I’m a 43 year old woman who’s been living in the Sacramento area for the last 6 years. I’ve always had the travel bug. Started traveling when I was 18. Moved around a lot and found a really nice life with amazing friends for the last 6 years here. I’ve always gone from job to job without any stability and now I’m taking a different path. I took all the steps to get a California State job. Just accepting a job at the Henry Cowell State Park (big trees) redwood grove in Felton, Ca (the mountains of Santa Cruz).
I’m trying to relocate to Felton, Ben Lomond, or Boulder Creek. I was turned on to Couchsurfing.com by several friends saying that this would be the perfect place for me to meet people. Once I’m settled in that area I’d love to host any and all opportunities that may arise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am an East Sac residence that has just accepted a state job at Henry Cowell State Park. I start May 1st. I am a social butterfly and need to make some new friends. I am currently employed as a server in a very large restaurant in downtown Sacramento and looking forward to my new job and change of pace.
