We are a 25 year old HR Professional and a 29 year old who loves working with others in the health and movement community. We are extremely passionate about working with people in the Outdoors Industry. We hike and backpack almost every weekend around the Seattle area. She has lived in Montana, Oregon, and Washington and used to work for a wilderness camp in Montana where she developed her passion for whitewater kayaking and backpacking. We both love photography and networking.

We love learning about new cultures and meeting new people and listening to all of the stories they have. We finally went on both of our first international trip to Chile where he proposed!! :) Now we are just trying to travel as much as we can whenever we can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

**Currently unable to host due to cramped RV living situation, apologies, can't wait for the day we can host!!**

We are trying to start traveling as much as we can, both smaller and bigger trips, whenever opportunities present themselves. She says that traveling is all about having a good attitude, being aware of your surroundings, and learning how to love and invest in all of the people that come along each day of your journey.

One of her favorite travel quotes is: "A friend once told me the best journeys answer questions that you didn't even think to ask in the beginning."

We love reading fiction stories, but she loves researching more. She is constantly researching travel sites and learning all that she can about traveling. We listen to a variety of music, but our favorites genres are probably EDM, country, and alternative.

We love to learn and try to glean all that we can with an open and present mindset. We absolutely LOVE sharing stories, photo's, passions/hobbies, and FOOD. She love love love loves food...and drinks and ice cream and homemade food and...ok stopping now :-)

What I Can Share with Hosts

The reason we joined couch surfing is because we wanted to meet new people and open more doors for traveling. One of the greatest things we've experienced in life is being a part of a loving and supportive community. We want to be that open source for others. We would also love to pay for a meal or drink for you or bring you something from our beautiful state if you prefer that instead :). We will always share stories, warm smiles, and a positive attitude. We can also share photography and outdoors knowledge!!
